I asked if I could urge you with anything, but I calmed down because it would have been a good time for all the professionals to come to us to install the bath. More than two weeks later, on June 29, for safety’s sake, I thought I’d ask if I already knew the exact delivery time. Within an hour, my uncle called to let me know they had no good news, the furniture not only didn’t arrive sooner, but also by the deadline, and he had no idea if they would get it when. To put it mildly, I got nervous. Did you seriously realize in that minute that there would be nothing out of the furniture when you read my letter? If I don’t write, I’ll wait another 2 weeks patiently and then communicate? When I questioned why the order was confirmed back on the 12th, they said they only asked the manufacturer to start production that day. I ask, who by chance just keep in touch with various similar i *** ta suppliers every day, maybe I didn't get manufacturer confirmation within a few days man? Because there is no such thing, or in this case it is a non-critical buyer, and such should not operate a webshop. You should inquire until you receive feedback, or if you receive a negative confirmation within a few days, you will notify the customer, the order will be jointly canceled, and the customer will be able to order another product in a timely manner. That's the fair way to do it. I do not recommend to anyone, it is not fair, very sloppy contact with them according to both the manufacturers and the buyer, because of them all professionals have to be challenged again and everything has to be reorganized, bathroom without furniture for weeks, never again noname mutyi do-it-yourself webshop! Only buy the product - Lungó black, wall-mounted shower set - if you don't mind that in less than a year and a half, when used as intended, it will start to wear off the black paint from the shower head and the wall mount very badly. :( Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover this, you can count on it .... + one thought: we signaled the problem to the company (we knew about the 2-year warranty, we didn’t go for more than a year and a half at the time of filing) and asked for their help to fix the problem.
