Rendszeres, de nem gyakori házinuli / hangoskodás, ez kisgyerekeseknél bosszantó tud lenni...
On average, the fire alarm goes off once a month, but fortunately it's always a false alarm, but the child loves fire trucks, so it can be tolerated ☺
Regular but not common housewarming / loudness, this can be annoying for toddlers ...

I was a visitor. Nice tidy neighborhood, looks safe. Barrier in the parking lot, closed staircase door and separate closed corridor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két éjszakát töltöttünk itt el. Nagyon kulturált szépen berendezett és felszerelt konyhával rendelkező apartman. Tiszta csendes zárt parkolóval rendelkezik. Nagyon jó volt eltölteni ezt a két napot. Máskor is szívesen eljönnék akár több időre is. Csak ajánlani tudom!!??☀️?
We spent two nights here. Apartment with a very cultured nicely furnished and equipped kitchen. It has a clean quiet closed car park. It was great to spend these two days. Other times, I’d love to come for even more time. I can only recommend !! ??☀️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy újabb társasház komplexum Debrecen kiemelt helyén. Minden könnyen elérhető, sok buszjárat van, illetve gyalog is közel Spar, Lidl, Penny, más bevásárló központ, McDonalds.
Könnyen megközelíthető, itt van a Balmazújvárosi út, a Böszörményi út.
Another condominium complex in a prominent location in Debrecen. Everything is within easy reach, there are many bus services and it is also within walking distance of Spar, Lidl, Penny, other shopping malls, McDonalds.
It is easily accessible, here is Balmazújvárosi út, Böszörményi út.

If you thinking of moving into here:
- really thin walls
- elevators
- very tiny and limited parking spots (remote costs 8000ft apparently)
- community fond of dogs (don’t be surprised to find dog poop in the building and the elevators)
- window view all around is abysmal
- privacy isn’t the best, multiple angles to invade privacy.
- family friendly
- benches all around the complex
- children play zone + sandbox
- gated hidden dog park
- Facebook group for news and announcements
facilities all around: coffee place, gyros & arab oriented restaurant, jackpub restaurant, tiny supermarket, Duna house, solarium, hair dresser and nail saloon
