„Véletlenül,-éppen egy megfelelő postát keresve a csomagfeladáshoz-, a neten kalandozva találtam a Fürgefutár.hu weboldalára. Mivel tele volt az összes hótopánom a postával, és legfőképpen azzal, hogy egy „nyamvadt”, 4 kg-os csoamgot nem tudtam sehol feladni a környékbeli hivatalokban, így gondoltam, megpróbálom a Fürgefutár.hu által kínált lehetőséget. Nagyon elégedett vagyok! A tegnap késő délután átadott csomagot, ma 14 órakor már meg is kapta a címzett, teljesen sértetlenül, és így sikerült a karácsonyi meglepetés.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor experience sending a high-value package from Germany to Hungary using Furgefutar (shipped by UPS) where the package and content were severely damaged in transit. The package was insured over €2000 and neither furgefutar or UPS took any responsibility for the damage. In fact, I as the customer took the blame and never received a single EURO of compensation. The Furgefutar customer service was very rude and only when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there is none available. 24 hours later a customer service manager did call me but no help.
I was later even advised by UPS staff not to use Furgefutar for future orders and to use UPS direct as they will ensure the package is properly insured. Well this proves a lot. My advice to anyone sending any high-value order is to use the shipping company direct to send and not furgefutar. In fact, once you have an account with DPD, DHL or UPS , it is sometimes cheaper to ship direct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because I did not read their 769 pages of small print and did not deduct the info from the printer icon at a certain point in the process that I'd be required to print no matter, what(which I could not do), their help desk suggested that I cancel the mailing order right away. Any solutions? No, there is none, they say. They cannot help. So, I went old school and called TNT (provider of the ordered service), and the picked up the parcel 5 minutes later, using a pre-printed slip, as in those good ole' times. Fürgefutár: somewhere in their imagined future with zero flexibility, intuition or the least degree of customer service. And kudos to TNT for living and serving in the present, even to the point of bridging through the incapabilities of Fürgefutár.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've organised a small parcel to be sent from Hungary to the UK.
It was very easy to use the website and make the booking.
I've had a high value item in there (glasses) and I couldn't get insurance on it as they don't take responsibility for glasses getting damaged but it was fine.
I've picked one of the cheapest option with GLS, who's communication was very good, collected the parcel when they told they will and it was delivered within 3 days.
No damage at all, the parcel has arrived in the condition as it was posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say? One of the best experience I’ve ever had in my life! Dora is amazing! I was pretty difficult and she had so much patience with me. Can’t be more satisfied with her job! Fast and clear answers for my questions. She is so helpful I’m in shock!!! My packages were huge and still were in the US from Hungary in 3 days (I picked fedex it was the cheapest). Wow wow! I love this company if you can talk to Dora I’m sure your package will be at your house the fastest and the cheapest!!! Furgefutar give Dora a bonus!!
