★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Együttműködés érdekében megkerestem ezt a céget. Elsőre méltatlan egy szavas választ kaptam a kérdéseimre, mintha nem is érdekelné a megrendelésem őket. Aztán a kapcsolattartó megsértődése után, miután kifejtettem a véleményem, hogy ez szerintem miért tiszteletlen egy cégtől, egy megrendelő felé -, még én kértem bocsánatot. Majd mellékeltem még néhány kérdést, a "normális és részletes válasz" reményében, mivel a weboldalukon semmilyen információt nem lehet megtalálni a termékekről és az áraikról, azóta sem kaptam választ.
Ez már lassan egy hete történt.
Már az elején kiderült számomra, hogy komolytalanok, amit sajnálok. :(
A fentebb említett tapasztalataim után nem ajánlom a céget együttműködésre.
I contacted this company for cooperation. At first, I received an unworthy one-word answer to my questions, as if they weren’t even interested in my order. Then, after the contact person was offended, after I expressed my opinion on why I think this was disrespectful from a company to a customer - I even apologized. I then added a few more questions in the hope of a “normal and detailed answer” as no information about the products and their prices can be found on their website, I have not received an answer since.
This has been happening for a week now.
It turned out to me from the beginning that they were frivolous, which I regret. :(
After my experience mentioned above, I do not recommend the company for cooperation.
