★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hölgy a telefont fölveszi, be nem mutatkozik. Érdeklődtem a neten keresztül kért, de még nem kapott árajánlatommal kapcsolatban, a rendszer elvileg nem működik nekik (ezért kellett telefonálnom). A hirdetésben írva vannak vegyes tüzelésű kazánok is, mégsem foglalkoznak vele. Árajánlatot 15000(!) Ft-ért hajlandóak csinálni, vicc!
Reagálva a válaszára: ha telefonon kell érdeklődni, akkor ne legyen a honlapon árajánlatkérő lehetőség - ideje lenne frissíteni, minden más szakágból (akik sokkal messzebbről is jöttek) eddig ingyen csináltak árajánlatot (másnak ez úgy látszik simán belefér akkor is, ha nem velük csináltatom...), rögtön pedig nem kell megcsinálni, jövő évi beruházás lenne, amit említettem, ha odafigyelt volna. Szép napot önnek is, az ügyfelekkel való kommunikációban még érzek fejlesztési potenciált!
The lady picks up the phone, doesn't show up. I inquired about my quote requested online but not yet received, the system does not work for them in principle (so I had to call). The ad also says mixed-fuel boilers, yet they don’t deal with it. They are willing to make a price offer for HUF 15,000 (!), Joke!
In response to your answer: if you have to inquire by phone, you should not have a quote request on the website - it would be time to update, all other disciplines (who have come from far away) have made a quote for free so far (for others it seems to fit smoothly even if I don't do it with them. ..), and you don’t have to do it right away, it would be an investment next year that I mentioned if you had paid attention. Have a nice day, I still feel development potential in communication with customers!
