★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but a little bit overpriced. Compared to Karolina confectionery (Balatonfüred) the portions are smaller or even the half of it. Bakery products are delicious, crunchy...just the way they should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are great and tasty, environment is pretty enough. However, we had a really bad experience due to the service we received. Had to wait 25 minutes to get 3 coffees, and they messed up our order. Asked for a flat white and a lactose free latte, we got 2 latte-ish coffees and they couldn't tell which one was lactose-free. This happens of course, but when we communicate kindly, I expect the staff to also do the same. Instead they made us feel like we were the "problematic customer" and didn't even say "you're welcome" or "bye".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pastry, they also sell cakes, bonbons and macarons. You can buy ice cream in the summer, they give you big portions. Everything is tasty and good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a great place, but the quality dropped this year. They have great products and still worth a visit, but the coffee is below average and the staff don't exactly know what they serve. I ordered a pistachio croissant and got a chocolate one.
