★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mass all the time, not enough shopkeepers nor cashier, it’s hard to find what is where and also not so easy to ask someone. The prices aren’t so good anymore. Very positive that they are opened until late in the evenings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nicely rennovated and beautiful inside. That can't be said for the customer service.
For a person who is new in there and requires assistance to find an item. Being told so rudely and uncaringly is always a suprise. Take the extra effort and train employees as well as provide them with better incentives cause they literally have no care for customers.
If you do not speak english I recommend avoiding. No matter how nice the store is. Bad customer care will result in loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This market has the RUDEST staff I have ever encountered anywhere.
The cashiers and the stocking clerks are from a horror show.
The selection of foods on offer is poor at best.
To top it all off, in order to endure the rudeness and lack of selection, one has to pay a premium of 25% or more over any other market in Budapest!
Oh yes - and the foods are not so fresh - if you MUST shop here, be sure to check expiry dates and examine the produce and eggs carefully!
I strongly recommend giving this rather awful place a MISS!
