Senkinek nem ajánlom. Régóta kerestem a neten, hogy leírhassam 1-2 évvel ezelőtti tapasztalataimat, örülök, hogy most lehetőségem nyílt. Árajánlatot kértem erkélyajtó üvegcseréjére. Kijött, levette a méretet, majd pár nap múlva visszaérkezett két kollégájával, az üveg láthatóan nem passzolt a keretbe, az ajtót nem lehetett nyitni.csukni, amit a keretre fogtak, állítólag megcsinálták, kérték a pénzt, számlatömb nem volt náluk, kértem, tegyék vissza a régi üveget, nem, nem, a keret hibája, jó lesz ez, csak a ragasztás (???) miatt ne nyissam ki 24 órán keresztül. Az ajtón ömlött be a hideg, a telefont nem vette fel, sms-re nem reagált. Egy ismerős szakember kijött, megnézte az ajtóüveget, és elmondta, hogy bizony rossz méretű üveget raktak be, keskenyebb volt, mint kellett volna, ezért nem illeszkedett a keretbe és ezért nem működött az ajtó. Lemértük, szerencsémre a régi üveget megtartottam, így volt. Visszatette a régi, sértetlen üveget, az ajtó azóta is működik. Ha tehetném, 0*-ot adnék.

A knowledgeable technician came out, looked at the door glass, and said that it was the wrong size, that it was narrower than it should have been, so it did not fit in the frame and therefore the door did not work. We weighed in, luckily I kept the old bottle, so it was. He returned the old, undamaged bottle, and the door has been working ever since. If I could, I'd give it 0 *.
