D	Dia Takács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eleinte kedvesen fogadtak, majd csak a hitegetés hazudozás ment hetekig, telefont nem vették fel úgy kellett bemenno hogy adják vissza a gépet amit szervizeltetni akartunk, teljesen hülyének akartak nézni, aztán még engem akart meghazudtolni az úr, nem ajánlom senkinek! Sajnos másképp nem tudok válaszolni, nem az volt a baj hogy nem tudta megcsinálni hanem hogy nem is akarta. Úgy vittem oda a gépet hogy pár nap és kapok telefont hogy miis a baja, ehhez képest majdnem 3 hetet vártam a semmire mert hozzá se lett nyúlva pedig nem ez lett megbeszélve, nekem sürgős lett volna és így lehetőség se volt rá hogy elvigyem máshova miután mindig csak az igérgetést kaptam hogy ennyi meg annyi idő kell, így egy kisgyerek karácsonya lett elszúrva mert ez lett volna az ajándéka.... C	Csaba Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy Xbox Elite kontrollernek a jobb analóg karját kellett szervizelni kicserélni. Emailen keresztül beszéltünk meg mindent. ( Ez is ritka, mert mindenki telefonálni akar, de én meg nem szeretek telefonálgatni) Gyorsan válaszolt az emailekre és a szerviz ára is rendben volt. Hétfőn feladtam a hibás kontrollert kedden megkapta és szerdán fel is adta. Alig 2 nap alatt megjavította és fel is adta postára. Nincs nagyon még egy ilyen cég, akikkel emailen keresztül meglehet ezt beszélni és hogy ilyen gyorsak is. Írtam még pár cégnek, de ők 1-2 hónapos időt adtak meg, hogy ennyi idő alatt javítanák csak meg és persze drágábban, mint amit kért a GameKonzol. Mindenkinek ajánlom a céget. Ritka az ilyen cég szóval remélem sokáig ilyenek maradnak, amilyenek most. Tökéletes lett a cserélt analóg kar! For Honor játékkal le is teszteltem :D The right analog arm of an Xbox Elite controller had to be serviced to be replaced. We discussed everything via email. (This is also rare because everyone wants to make phone calls, but I don’t like to make phone calls) He responded quickly to emails and the price of the service was okay. I gave up on Monday, got the faulty controller on Tuesday and gave up on Wednesday. It was repaired in just 2 days and mailed. There aren’t many other companies like this that you can talk to about via email and that they are so fast. I wrote to a few more companies, but they gave it 1-2 months to fix it in just that much time and of course more expensive than what GameKonzol asked for. I recommend the company to everyone. It’s rare for a company like that so I hope they stay the way they are now for a long time. The replaced analog arm has become perfect! I also tested it with For Honor: D

Gond nélkül mindent megtudtunk beszélni, még abban is segítséget kaptam, hogy a hibás alaplapot esetleg megjavítsuk (sajnos ez nem sikerült, de eredetileg se számítottam rá, tekintve a hiba jellegét). Nagyon rövid időn belül, profin elvégezte nekem a cserét úgy, hogy nem nagyon szokott ilyen készülékeken dolgozni. Mindenkinek tudom ajánlani a boltot, nagyon szuper és segítőkész Gábor. Legközelebb is ide fogom hozni az eszközeimet szerelésre/javításra. Köszönöm még egyszer! In a PS Vita Fat console (1100 series), I asked for help replacing the motherboard.
