★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star is for the absolutely appalling service I got in this store. The most shocking thing is that it was by the deputy assistant store manager but the store assistant was no better. The feeling I got the moment I went into the shop is that I was in THEIR way which means they do NOT understand their job at all.
I worked in service industry for years and I find this sort of dismissive attitude unacceptable.
I am not exaggerating when I say that she rolled her eyes and sighed audibly while ringing in the several times I purchased.
Truly shameful behaviour. I won't be shopping at this branch again.
