-	- Kajczy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pécsi virágfutárt kerestem szülinapi alkalomra, telefonon két weboldalt is mondott a hölgy hogy csak adjam le a rendelést, illetve a szállítási napot és kiviszik a választott virágot - az egyébként sem olcsó kínálatból kiválasztottam amit szeretnék, 3 nappal későbbre kértem szállítást - nem került kiszállításra a kért napon a virág, így aznap este telefonáltam (csoda hogy felvették) hogy miért, válasz: "elkerülte a figyelmünket" - így nekem nem kerüli el a figyelmemet legalább itt megírni véleményem a boltról, az eladóról, illetve a webshopról (amin még csak elérhetőség sincs feltüntetve) - Legalább másnap kivitték a virágot, de csak így hogy rájuk telefonáltam, ha nem így teszek simán benyelik a pénzem szó nélkül a rendelés teljesítése nélkül, szánalmas. I was looking for a flower courier in Pécs for a birthday, the lady said on two websites by phone that I would just place the order or the delivery date and take the chosen flower out - I chose what I wanted from the cheap offer anyway, I asked for delivery 3 days later - the requested day is the flower, so I called that night (wonder that it was picked up) why, answer: "escaped our attention" - so I can't escape my attention at least here to write my opinion about the store, the seller or the webshop (which doesn't even have contact information) indicated) - At least the flower was taken out the next day, but the only way I phoned them, if not I do so smoothly swallow my money without a word without fulfilling the order, pathetic.

Minden alkalommal sajátos igényeim voltak, és egy alkalommal a cím is hiányos volt. Mindezek ellenére nagyon megértő, és segítőkész emberi hozzáállást tapasztaltam. Aki hajlandó megfizetni ezt a fajta szolgáltatást, azoknak kifejezetten ajánlom. I ordered several times a year and sent flowers (from abroad, the countryside, a neighbor) by phone, both in person. Each time I had special needs and one time the title was incomplete. Despite all this, I experienced a very understanding and helpful human attitude. For those who are willing to pay for this type of service, I highly recommend it.

A kiszallitas rettento szolgalatkesz volt (ketszer is ki kellett menni a cimre), a virag pedig az elvartnal is szebb. Teljesen feldobta az anyukamat es igy engem is :). I was very quick and helpful! Andrea helped me almost immediately by email so I could also order flowers for my mother-in-law. The delivery was a terrible service (I had to go to the address twice), and the flower was more beautiful than expected. It completely upset my mom and so did me :).

A kiszállítás is gördülékenyen működött, öröm volt az ajándékozott számára. Köszönöm a munkájukat, máskor is szívesen rendelek a pécsi Gardénia Virág-tól. ;) I was completely satisfied with the composition and quality of the bouquet ordered by the mothers as a daily surprise. The delivery also worked smoothly, it was a pleasure for the gifted. Thank you for your work, I would like to order from Gardénia Virág in Pécs at other times. ;)
