Az asszisztens és a recepciós hölgyek nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek. Nem mennék másik rendelőbe. I have been a recurring patient for years for Dr. Éva Csatár and Dr. Katalin Merényi. I can only say good things about both doctors. The assistant and receptionist ladies are very kind and helpful. I wouldn't go to another office.

Én a környezetet is nagyon szeretem, egyszerűen megközelíthető és a rendelő is felszerelt, kellemes. A rendelő asszisztenseit is nagyon kedvelem. I have been going to Dr. Szentkereszty for years, I highly recommend it! He is a very good, patient, attentive professional. I also really like the environment, it is easily accessible and the surgery is well equipped. I also really like the office assistants.

Itt azt érzem ,hogy ténylegesen segitséget kapok és emberileg mindent megtesznek a gyógyulásomért .Ezért mindenkinek köszönettel tartozom aki itt dolgozik. Amikor először ide kerültem már több helyen félrediagnosztizáltak, de ez a szakértő csapat rögtön a dolgok végére látott. Abszolút melegbarát hely, nyitottan állnak a páciensekhez, elfogadva, és megtisztelve érezheti magát bárki aki betér ide. The most professional, most professional place I always return to with confidence. I’ve been to 3 doctors in the last few years and I always feel safe here, reassured. When I first got here, they were misdiagnosed in several places, but this team of experts saw it right at the end of things. Absolutely gay friendly place, they are open to patients, anyone who comes here can feel accepted and honored.

Állhatsz előttök, ők inkább akkor is a telefont kapkodják föl. Alapszintű udvariasság, hogy először a személyesen megjelent-el foglalkozok, csak utána a telefonnal, és csak legutoljára az e-mailekkel. De ennél lényegesen felháborítóbb, hogy az egyik például nem találta meg a foglalt időpontomat a rendszerben. Ezért utcárol beesett időpont nélküliként két órát várattak, míg végre bekerültem a doktorhoz, akinek a képernyőjén símán láttam, hogy ott van a foglalt időpontom. Azaz teljesen feleslegesen várattak. Amikor fizetéskor a recepciósnak szóvátettem, se egy bocsánat. Se semmi. Csak bután bámult az arcomba. Az utolsó alkalommal meg egy olyan időpontra foglaltak be, amikor az adott orvos akihez kontroll-ra kellett volna mennem, nem is rendel. Ideje új helyet nézni. The ladies at the reception are doing a lot of work. This casts a bad light on the whole clinic. You can stand in front of them, they'll rather pick up the phone even then. It is a basic courtesy that I deal with the person who appeared in person first, only then with the phone, and only last with the emails. But much more outrageous is that one of them, for example, did not find my booked time in the system. That’s why they waited two hours as no time off the street until I finally got to the doctor, on whose screen I smoothly saw that my busy time was there. That is, they waited completely unnecessarily. When I spoke to the receptionist when paying, not an apology. It's nothing. He just stared silly into my face. The last time I was booked for a time when the particular doctor I should have gone to for a check-up didn’t even order. It's time to look at a new place.

Előtte 4 másik helyen jártam és sehol máshol nem kaptam olyan türelmes és átgondolt kezelést, mint itt. Jó felszereltség, kedves asszisztens és recepciós, profi orvos. I can only recommend the specialist clinic and within that, Dr. Péter Mészáros, who was able to cure my chronic problem for almost 3 years, in a completely gentle way, without any surgical intervention. Before that I went to 4 other places and nowhere else have I received as patient and thoughtful treatment as here. Well equipped, nice assistant and receptionist, professional doctor.

A más, sokat reklámozott helyen elrontott, életemet rendkívül megkeserítő, szakértés nélküli beavatkozással létrehozott szörnyű proktológiai állapotomon itt javítottak hazánk legkiválóbb szakemberei. Hálás vagyok szakértelmükért, nagyon megfontolt és óvatos eljárásukért. Köszönöm, hogy kezükbe vették nehéz sorsomat. Köszönöm felelős hozzáállásukat, eljárásukat. Mindenkinek csak őket ajánlom, máshova nem érdemes menni. Itt nemzetközi sztenderdek szerint zajlanak a beavatkozások, hála Főorvos Asszonynak és Főorvos Úrnak! Mégis, a legjobb diagnózist, az ebből következő kezelést és az életminőség javulást Dr. Góbor László főorvosnak és asszisztensének köszönhetően, itt kaptam a Gastromedben, egy első emeleti lakásban. Szerintem nálam senki nem utálja jobban ezt a kezelést és élethelyzetet, de itt profi, gyors, türelmes és emberi módon láttak el minden egyes alkalommal, pedig csak úgy bejöttem "az utcáról". Hálás vagyok nekik a szakértelmükért és ha muszáj ilyesmivel foglalkoznom, visszatérek. I’ve been to the problem with a private clinic that looked like a five-star wellness hotel and I’ve met with lots and lots of routine doctors on the subject. Still, thanks to Dr. László Góbor, chief physician and assistant, I received the best diagnosis, the resulting treatment and the improvement in the quality of life here in Gastromed, in a first floor apartment. I don’t think anyone hates this treatment and life situation more than me, but here they were treated in a professional, fast, patient and human way every single time, even though I just came in “from the street”. I’m grateful to them for their expertise and if I have to deal with that sort of thing, I’ll be back.
