Unreliable. He doesn’t stick to the dates, he doesn’t react in any form for weeks. Flatter. Unfortunately, I can’t appreciate the work because we haven’t gotten there by then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde eine Platine mit Falscher Firmware geliefert.Der Kundenservice ist Mangelhaft bis hin zu nicht vorhanden.Der Kunde wird einfach Wochenlang mit dem Falschen Teil im Regen stehen gelassen. Ist ja auch beim Pelletofen im Winter nicht weiter schlimm.
A circuit board with the wrong firmware was delivered. The customer service is poor or even non-existent. The customer is simply left out in the rain for weeks with the wrong part. Isn't that bad even with the pellet stove in winter.

Herr Trimmel ist sehr nett und hat uns gleich noch Tips zum Aufbau mit auf den Weg gegeben. Außerdem ist Sopron nicht weit vom Neusiedlersee und Plattensee. Wir haben die Aktion mit einem Kurzurlaub verbunden. Für uns war das doppelt lohnenswert!
A craft business in the middle of Sopron! We bought an oven here, which is produced 70km away! Mr. Trimmel is very nice and has given us some hints to build on the way. Moreover, Sopron is not far from Lake Neusiedl and Lake Balaton. We connected the action with a short break. It was twice as worthwhile for us!
