★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai nap margójára!A tegnap vásárolt műanyag hordót anyaghiba miatt szerettem volna kicserélni (konkrétan levált a hordó teteje,ja és algás volt az alja).Az eladó közölte,hogy sajnos ilyen már nincs.Mivel már csak egy kisebb hordó volt az üzletben,gondoltam elviszem helyette azt. Csakhogy ez a termék 400 Ft-al olcsóbb volt.Úgy tudom,hogy a jogszabály szerint 72 órán belül vissza kell fizetni a teljes vételárat! Az eladó hölgy problémája az volt,hogy nem tudja visszaadni a vásárlás összegét (amit nem értek miért),kérte vásároljak még valamit a fennmaradó 400 Ft-ért, mert ha nem ,akkor ez az ő kislányának a zsebpénzéből lesz kivéve...!Nem értem! Miután közöltem,hogy ez nem így működik,hogy a saját pénzéből kell visszafizetnie van erre más megoldás...elkérte a személyigazolványomat....!Milyen jogon? Aztán a pultra dobott 400 Ft-ot ,akkor itt van felkiáltással.Részemről megköszönve a kedvességét távoztam egy viszontlátással....arra sem volt hajlandó,hogy elköszönjön ahogy már az ovódában tanítják.Gratulálok!
