Csak az a bökkenő, hogy egy évvel korábban nem volt az, és jelenleg más webes boltoknál sem az. Alapvetően az a baj, hogy a rendelés leadása után kezdenek el árajánlatot kérni, és ha nem férnek bele az oldalukon hírdetett árba, egyszerűen valamilyen indokkal lemondják a megrendelést. Vállalkozóként nekem egyáltalán nem mindegy ha feleslegesen várok majd egy hetet. Miután hetekig semmi sem történt felhívtam a céget, ekkor közölték, hogy akadozik az áruellátás, problémás néhány termék beszerzése. Természetesen ilyen bármikor előfordulhat, tehát vártam tovább. Ismét hetek teltek el, közben semmi sem változtott értesítést sem kaptam. Újra telefonáltam és jeleztem, hogy ha valami nincs az általam rendelt termékekből akkor ajánljanak helyettesítő terméket. Telefonon mindig mindenki nagyon készséges volt. Egyetlen alkalommal sikerült visszahívniuk a történet során. Lassan fél év telt el és semmi reakció, még egy levelet és egy hívást sem intéztek felém. Rendkívül bosszantó! Senkinek sem ajánlom!!! An automatic confirmation has been received for my order placed in September 2021.
