Az online rendelt termékek kiszállítàsa elfogadhatatlan. 15.00 és utáni intervallumban kértem kiszállítást, a számlán feketén fehéren olvasható. A szállítócég alkalmazottai REGGEL KILENC órától kezdve zaklatták telefonon a feleségem, hogy mikor tudnak előbb jönni. A szomszéd 14.00kor hív, hogy egy mocskos gyanùs ponyvás autó áll a házam előtt, kerülgetik a kocsik,mert kilóg az ùtra. Vajon betörő-e? A külső kamerákon megnéztem, ès valóban, a sövénynek simulva áll ott egy gyanús ponyvàs jármû, koszos, mindenféle jelzés nélkül. Miután szóltam az ügyfélszolgálaton, hogy ez családi házas környezet, zavaró a jelenléte egy idegen nagyobb méretű járműnek,van Tesco, Spar, többszáz helyes parkolò a vasútnál, azt ígérték,megoldják.Nem történt semmi. Hetente 3-4 kûlönböző futárcéggel, online shoppal van dolgom, ennyire inkompetens csapattal soha nem találkoztam. Mindenki időben jön, nem zaklat, nem zavarja a szomszèdokat. Nevetséges lenne, ha nem lenne így is elég gondom, nemhogy szállítókkal szórakozni, akik egyèrtelműen nem tudják kezelni munkájuk logisztikai részèt.Természetesen a szállìtók nem tudtâk megàllni a beszólàst. Viselkedésük elfogadhatatlan,szemtelen, annyira fenyegető volt, hogy el kellett küldenem őket magánterületemről. Amikor láttàk, hogy nem fogjuk annyiban hagyni, ès ismertettem velük jogaimat, az egyikük az én magánterületemen belül hangfelvételt kezdett kèszíteni rólam. Valakiről a saját területén felvètelt készíteni több törvénybe is ütközik. Ennek a fantasztikus teljesítménynek súlyos jogi következményei is lehetnek. Kezdetnek megelégszem az érintett szállìtók eltávolításával, mivel munkájukra egyáltalán nem alkalmasak.

Of course, the vendors couldn't help talking. Their behavior was unacceptable, naughty, so threatening that I had to send them out of my private area. When you saw that we were not going to leave it to you, and I told them about my rights, one of them started to record sound from me in my private area. There are several laws that make someone pick up on their own territory. This fantastic performance can have serious legal consequences. I start by removing the affected carriers because they are not suitable for their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy hete szenvedünk ezzel a céggel IKEA rendelést kellett volna kiszállítaniuk. Szabadságot vettem ki, itthon ültem egész nap, annyi nem volt bennük hogy becsengessenek. Még a futárnak állt feljebb, pedig hivatalosan így el sem jött a címre. Felajánlottak egy újraszállítást, 10 perce letelt az idősáv... Nem tudom, egyáltalán szombaton szállítanak-e, vagy csak szimplán hülyének néztek és átvertek. Fogyasztóvédelemnél és a békéltető testületnél is panaszt tettünk, másnak is ezt ajánlom, illetve hogy tartózkodjon ettől a cégtől.
We have been suffering with this company for a week and should have placed an IKEA order. I took leave, I sat at home all day, they weren't there enough to ring.
