Más irtót kellett hívnom. Tapasztalatom alapján csak az keresse ezt a céget, akinek problémát jelent az a fizikai tevékenység, hogy csalétket oda rakja le, ahová Ő maga gondolja. Megkereséskor korrekten elmondtam, nem lesz elég, ha etető dobozban csalétket helyeznek el. Ennek ellenére csupán ennyi történt. 1100 m2 telken , 120 m2 ingatlannál ~ 20 percig tartott a terepszemle, helyzetfelmérés, csalétek elhelyezés és számla megírása. 1 hét múlva jeleztem, hogy nem fogy a csalétek, probléma továbbra is fennáll. A válasz erre "várjunk még" .Újabb 1 hét + 2 nap után kijött a kolléga . " Nem tudnak segíteni, ha nekem sem sikerült befogni. majd beszél a főnökkel és visszahívnak" . Természetesen nem hívtak. Telefonos érdeklődésemre, hogy akkor miért is fizettem 15000 Ft-t csak a sóhajtozás a válasz! I was looking for a company on rodent control. Kitartó munkájuknak köszönhetően nincs a házban csótány, pedig 10 emeletes házban lakunk. Ha lesz probléma, csak a GEMIX Plusz Kft-t fogjuk hívni. Ezúton is köszönjük áldozatos és kitartó munkájukat! Telefonon annyit mondtak majd keressük ennek már lassan 3 hete, de az oldalon 24 órán belüli reagálást mondanak. Párom is írt az oldalon lévő ajánlat kérésre arra már nemis reagáltak... Hát köszönjük szépen ? We called 2-3 times, I asked for a price offer in an email and wrote a search but nothing ... Másik valami vegyszert itt-ott befújt, de semmi. Egyik ismerős ajánlotta a GEMIX Plusz Kft-t. Pár órára el kellett menni otthonról, és megoldották. A bútorok is maradtak. Köszönöm. Ha gondom lesz keresem Önöket, és ajánlom minden ismerősömnek is. Itt olvastam néhány rossz véleményt,és nem értem. A cég munkatársainak kívánok sok erőt, és egészséget, és csak így tovább. Ehhez képest telefonos egyeztetés után másnap már meg is oldották a problémánkat. Remélem többet nem lesz rá szükségünk, de ha esetleg mégis, biztos hogy újra őket fogom keresni.
