(Ott végül valóban tudtak segíteni.) Kind and helpful administration, but all I could answer for several of my questions was to prefer to call the telephone customer service and ask them. (There, in the end, they could really help.)

A helyszínen dolgozó hölgy nem igazán volt képben, hogy hogyan oldja meg a problémámat (életbiztosítás felmondása), de telefonon segítséget kért és végülis nem mentem hiába. Entering the building, the security guard greeted me culturally, I didn’t even notice behind the counter. ? The lady working on site was not really in the picture of how to solve my problem (life insurance termination), but she asked for help over the phone and in the end I didn’t go in vain.

Automatikusan meghosszabodó hűségidő, (3évre) lemondhatatlan szolgáltatás... bezzeg ha kár esemény van akkor azért az ügyfél a hibás. It's not much to add ... being an insurer. Automatically extended loyalty period, (3 years) irrevocable service ... if there is a damage event, the customer is at fault.
