Kamu company. They just believe the man ... they always say 5 days. The only problem is that this has been said for over 60 days for a product that is available in plenty of places (so not unavailable). Nobody to pay in advance !!!

The ordered goods could not be delivered within a month, although that was the date. The website advertises that it is in stock priced. To this day, the courier has not arrived. Customer service picks up the phone, promises to call you back, nothing. They do not respond to emails. No one chooses to refer in advance! I would not recommend it to anyone. Absolutely not!!!

I agree with those in front of me! Not to be ordered from here. In stock? Kamu. They smoothly lie in your eyes and then after two weeks they expect you to apologize for, you bother them what about the goods. With one of my orders I dropped 2 products. It was 8 weeks before I got my money back after many calls. They would have had 14 days under the law.

The order process is stuttering, they could not tell when the goods will be in stock a week after ordering. They do not notify me of the goods that have arrived, I had to ask. The receptionist / customer service answers yes to no questions, is not really helpful, and knew almost nothing about the products. I felt particularly bad when I asked a question, and it was as if I was asking the dumbest question in the world. I don’t recommend the place, it was an unpleasant experience.

No one should order from them, after 6 weeks they will not be able to give information about when the boiler will arrive, even though it was indicated when the product was in stock when ordering. However, the nearly 400,000 will be requested on the day of the order, on a fee basis. They are unreliable, they won't even hang up the phone for days.

Update .: The surname of the head of the company faithfully reflects what is going on in the company (Zagyva B.) More than 1 month ago, our company ordered carbon steel bypasses from them, and the website indicated that they had them in stock. We ordered 30 of them, worth about 160 thousand ft. When paying, we chose to pay in person at the time of pick-up, and then about 2 days later, a fee request came up, which we didn't even understand. We refused because we urgently needed it because of the deadline. 2 weeks later we called them to see how they were doing with our order. The phone number we first called, the owner was not in the country, could not help. The other colleague was helpful, but we found out that both he and his colleague were overwhelmed by their company's business policy, they were too critical of what was going on with them ... Pretty talkative ... then he called one of the sales directors to say that they are still not with them because they are not at the manufacturer either and will report if they find out when they will be shipped. It has been more than 2 weeks since then, not an email or a phone call to see what happens to my order. Since then, I’ve gotten elsewhere the shapes we needed so we could finish the work I undertook and not have to pay a penalty. NEVER NEVER but seriously NEVER recommend them to anyone. A reckless baggage is the management, who probably don't have a forint of capital to keep a more serious inventory and finance the repayment of dissatisfied customers from incoming orders.

NO ONE PAY THIS COMPANY IN ADVANCE !!!! On January 24, 2022, we ordered a product from them, and we immediately paid the price based on a fee request. We inquired twice over the phone, in both cases we were told they would look it up and call me back. This never happened. Our third phone was about canceling the order. The answer was to do so via email and the money will be refunded based on that. We did this on 02.18 and 02.22, but no money was returned. 4.to our telephone inquiry, the clerk would have started to "look after" the product again. I told you not to do it because I was already told you didn't have the product and we asked for a refund. The only rule Enikő knows is that they have 14 days to return. I told him that if the money was not returned, my next step would be the police, I would report them. After 5 minutes we received our credit memo (although we haven't received the invoice for the deposit to date) I'm currently waiting for the money, but I'll really report them if I don't get it back.
