A 62-1001 számú, 24 méter magas geodéziai mérőtorony (1977)
A geodéziai mérőtorony földmérési célokat szolgáló építmény, melyet Magyarországon az 1970-es években kezdtek el építeni, főleg az akkori vízszintes alapponthálózat elsőrendű pontjai fölé.
Ezek egyrészt pontvédelemként szolgáltak, ill. elengedhetetlenül fontosak voltak a hosszúoldalú sokszögelés kivitelezésében (mert messziről is irányozhatóak). Manapság már csak néha használják őket a földmérők, akkor is legfeljebb tájékozó iránynak. Többségük le van zárva, felmenni rájuk tilos és életveszélyes, kivéve amit kilátóvá alakítottak át. A magyar állam tulajdonában állnak.

Geodetic measuring tower 62-1001, 24 meters high (1977)
The geodetic measuring tower is a structure for surveying purposes, which was started to be built in Hungary in the 1970s, mainly above the first points of the horizontal base point network at that time.
On the one hand, they served as point protection, respectively. they were essential in the implementation of long-sided polygoning (because they can be controlled from afar). Nowadays, they are only sometimes used by surveyors, even at most as an informative direction. Most of them are locked up, it is forbidden to go up on them and it is life threatening except what has been converted into a lookout. They are owned by the Hungarian state.
