★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy éven keresztül hirdették az eladni kívánt szántóföldemet az eladási ár nyolcszorosáért. A csodával határos módon egyetlen egy érdeklődő így is akadt, azonban az úr éppen nyaralt, nem állt módjában sem neki, sem a kollégájának megmutatni az érdeklődőnek a földet, így kiadták az én (megbízó) telefonszámomat, hogy tájékoztassam a vevőjelöltet a részletekről, mutassam meg neki a megvásárolni kívánt földet.
Mint ingatlaniroda arra nem vette a fáradtságot, hogy a megbízási szerződés után (legkésőbb) kimenjen a helyszínre, fotókat készítsen, ehelyett egy évig Google képekkel próbálta eladni a szántóföldet.
Semmilyen tapasztalatom nincs a termőföldekkel, de ezt követően eladtam én reál (és nem nyolcszoros!) áron a földet.
 For a year, the arable land I wanted to sell was advertised for eight times the sale price. Miraculously, there was only one interested party, but the gentleman was just on vacation, he and his colleague were not able to show the land to the interested party, so my (client's) phone number was issued to inform the buyer candidate about the details, show me give him the land he wants to buy.
As a real estate agent, he didn’t bother to go out to the site (at the latest) after the commissioning contract to take photos, instead Google tried to sell the land with images for a year.
I have no experience with farmland, but after that I sold the land at a real (and not eight times!) Price.
