Entering the office, they didn’t even really want to receive my greetings. After one of the two occupants looked up with great difficulty, I began to speak to him. It seemed like he wasn't competent on the subject, and a man more important than me came in anyway, so he drove me away quickly, saying to me, "I should talk there," pointing to the lady behind the other desk, who wasn't looking at me even then. Then the lady spoke with great difficulty, stating that there was no wood product that I was looking for. In response to seeing lumber yards on the net where you could get such material, he snapped at me, "Well then you have to go there." Dear people sitting in the office! You don’t have to be uncarved with the customer. Suffice it to say, "Unfortunately, we can't serve household quantities." This should also be written down on paper so that it can be read aloud from time to time if you just can’t think of how others tend to talk politely to the customer. (Yeah, if they decide to use paper, be sure to write "Good afternoon, what can I help you with?") After the lumber yard, it was bought in five more stores that day. I received kind service in all of them, even though I was already pointed out at such anomalies after the lumber yard.

We bought here 16 years ago, we recommended it to everyone, but we won’t! The last two times we got very poor quality material! We brought material for attic installation. The 5x5 roof slats were all different sizes, there were some that were thicker, there were some that were thinner, there were two that had the same ends, full of broken, damaged material! It made our job very difficult! In vain it is cheaper than elsewhere, so it is not worth it! We were disappointed in them!

The order was placed quickly and exactly as agreed.

Beware of Intek to buy at this place, we paid the down payment in April and even more just to make sure we have wood in June. They did not say, did not indicate that we did not expect the material paid for, because it was sold. 1 week goes to the tug of war to at least give back our money and at least we can buy it elsewhere for double as much of the material. They laughed and said they had no pain and even if they had, we would get it much more expensive than what was on offer. Invertebrate company !!!!!
