Habe eine Anzeige wegen Betrug erstattet und Anwalt eingeschaltet. Wäre vielleicht sinnvoll eine Sammelklage gegen diesen Betrieb in Auftrag zu geben. FINGER WEG. Kein Stern I feel like many here. Ordered a grave in January 2020. Half paid. The foundation around the grave was made. then nothing more. Filed a fraud complaint and hired a lawyer. It might make sense to commission a class action lawsuit against this company. HANDS OFF. No star
C	Carina Strasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absoluter Verbrecher!!! Im April wurde ein Vertrag aufgesetzt und eine Anzahlung bezahlt. Sollte bis Ende Juli fertig sein. Bis heute ist nichts geschehen. Beim nachfragen jede Woche - falls dort überhaupt wer abgehoben hat - wurden wir immer nur auf nächste Woche vertröstet. Der Fall ist mittlerweile beim Anwalt und wurde über die Polizei zur Anzeige gebracht. Der Anwalt meinte die Firma ist seit Jänner bereits insolvent. Trotzdem haben sie mit uns im März den Vertrag abgeschlossen und Geld kassiert! Das ist Betrug und ein Verbrechen!!! Mich wundert es, dass diese Firma überhaupt noch existiert, denn ich habe schon viele solche Fälle bei anderen Grab Firmen gehört. Finger weg!!!! Wenn ich könnte würde ich hier natürlich 0 Sterne vergeben Absolute criminal !!! In April a contract was drawn up and a deposit paid. Should be ready by the end of July. Nothing has happened to date. When we asked every week - if anyone picked up there at all - we were only put off until next week. The case is now with the lawyer and was brought to the police. The lawyer said the company has been insolvent since January. Nevertheless, they signed the contract with us in March and collected money! This is a scam and a crime !!! I am surprised that this company still exists because I have heard many such cases at other grave companies. Hands off!!!! If I could, I would of course give it 0 stars
O	Orsolya Tanczerné Köő on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kisfiam sírkövét 3,5 éve készítették el, egy szinte olvashatatlan betűtípust használva. Kb 2-3 éve üldözzük őket, hogy szeretnénk saját költségünkön átalakíttatni a fejkövet és láthatóvá tenni a kisfiam nevét. Többször beszéltünk a grafikussal, férjemet már arcról ismerik az üzletben és nem hajlandóak semmit se tenni. Telefont már nem veszik fel, egyszerűen nagy csalódás az egész cég. S, ami a legfelháborítóbb, hogy nem reklamálva kérjük a változtatást, (pedig szerintem még úgy is beleférne), hanem kifizetnénk háborgás nélkül. :( Én nem ajánlom senkinek se őket. My little one’s tombstone was made 3.5 years ago, using an almost unreadable font. We have been chasing them for about 2-3 years for wanting to remodel the headstone at our own expense and make my little son’s name visible. We talked to the graphic designer several times, they already know my husband face to face in the business and are unwilling to do anything. Phones are no longer being picked up, it is simply a big disappointment for the whole company. And what’s most outrageous is that we’re not asking for change without complaining, (although I think it would still fit), but we would pay without the outrage. :( I don't recommend them to anyone.
