★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A megrendelésemet nem pontosan teljesítették (nem azt küldték amit rendeltem és mennyiségre is kevesebbet kaptam). Viszont a reklamálással nem foglalkoztam, mert határidőre kellett befejeznem a felújítást és nem várhattam több napot a cserére.
My order was not fulfilled exactly (I did not send what I ordered and I received less for the quantity). However, I didn’t deal with the complaint because I had to finish the renovation on time and couldn’t wait several more days to replace it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendelésnél minden rendben ment, azt kaptam amit rendeltem, a szállításnál külön segítséget kértem és simán megoldották. Rugalmasak, gyorsak és a webáruházban könnyen össze tudtam szedni illetve többször át tudtam gondolni mire van szükségem, így nem maradt le semmi és túl sok maradék anyagom sem lett.

Viszont azért csak 4csillag, mert több selejtes darab is érkezett a csomagban, illetve a házhozszállítás drágább, mint máshol.

Bár a megrendelés során nem a közétett áron vègeztèk a kiszállítást, de az anomáliát gyors kommunikáció során tisztáztuk. A kiszállítást végző fiatalember rendkívül udvarias, ès segítőkész volt, főnökének javaslom hogy mindenkèppen igyekezzen megtartani, mert ilyen munkaerőt nem igazán találni a mai világban! Összességében csak ajánlani tudom a céget!
