Nagyon elégedett voltam a munkájukkal. ? I was in the store on a weekday morning. I turned to them with a little individual request. All my requests were resolved in about ten minutes. I was very happy with their work. ?
D	Dalma Czigler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nyitvatartást kijavítanám, mert 16:49-kor már (“mindjárt zárunk, inkább irj emailt”) nem tudnak 10 lapot kinyomtatni ami szerintük szerkesztést igényel, az Árkádba pedig szó nélkül megcsinálták. A legbunkóbb személyzettel rendelkező nyomda Zuglóban. I would fix the opening hours because at 16:49 (“we’re closing soon, I’d rather write an email”) they can’t print 10 pages that they think require editing, and they did it in the Arcade without a word. The printing house with the nicest staff in Zuglo.
E	Evelyn Krisznai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kiszolgálás, ügyfélszolgálat kritikán aluli! A lányok olyan stílust engednek meg maguknak, ami felháborító. A mai nappal mentem be lamináltatni A4-es dokumentumokat magamnak, és egy mellettem lévő bácsi kért segítséget a hölgyektől, valamilyen letöltésben. A pultban ülő, rendkívűl flegma és lekezelő ügyfélszolgálatos lányok (ketten is) olyan stílusban utasították vissza a bácsit, amire a tiszteletlenség enyhe kifejezés, miközben az idős Úr nagyon kedvesen és hízelgően kért segítséget. Ez nem az első alkalom volt, amikor olyan stílust vettek fel, többek között velem szemben is, hogy én ilyen helyen nem fogom ott hagyni a pénzem. Több rendelést is küldtem annek a cégnek, plakátokat, laminálást szórólapot, esküvői meghívókat stb, de soha többet, egy nyomtatást sem fogok ilyen helyre vinni!!! Az egy dolog, hogy nem tudnak segíteni, vagy nem szabad hozzányúlni az ügyfél telefonjához, de ezt el lehet illedelmesen mondani, nem pedig ebben a stílusban, ebben a hangnemben. A bácsi is azonnal kifordult az üzletből, amit jól tett! Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy ilyen helyen ott hagyja a pénzét! Service and customer service are below criticism! The girls indulge in a style that is outrageous. I went in today to laminate A4 documents to myself, and an uncle next to me asked the ladies for help with some sort of download. The extraordinary phlegm and disparaging customer service girls (both of them) sitting at the counter rejected the uncle in a style for which disrespect was a mild expression, while the old Lord asked for help very kindly and flatteringly. It wasn’t the first time they had picked up a style, including against me, that I wasn’t going to leave my money there in a place like this. I sent several orders to that company, posters, lamination flyers, wedding invitations, etc., but I will never take a single print to a place like this !!! The one thing is that they can’t help or touch the customer’s phone, but that can be said politely, not in that style, in that tone. Uncle also immediately left the store, which he did well! I don’t recommend anyone to leave their money there in a place like this!

Because of that I was highly unsatisfied and felt like I was fooled. Scanning normal A4 sheet (from the tray automatically), 300 pages for 4700 huf is a very unfair price! There are far better options closer to the citycenter.
