Még mindig nem sikerült megkapni a terméket...
Amire kellett volna már tárgytalan, igy felesleges pénzkidobás volt! (Más cégtől 1 nap alatt megkaptam, szintén futárral! Lenne mit tanulni!)
Teljesen rugalmatlan cég. Soha többet semmit tőlük.
Értem, hogy csak egy 3000Ft-os terméket rendeltem futárszolgálattal - előre kifizetve! - , de:
- A visszaigazoló email csak öncélű reklám, a rendelésről semmi információt nem tartalmaz.
- A vásárólval semmiféle kommunikációt nemfolytatnak, emailre mai napig nem válaszoltak.
- Telefonos megkereséskor, visszahívást ígértek a rendeléssel kapcsolatban, mivel nem tudtak információt adni a vásárolt termékről. Ez sem sikerült, ismét én kerestem a céget.
- 2 napos késéssel sikerült is feladniuk a terméket - egy elnézést, vagy bocsánat se hagyta el az ügyintéző száját - majd unottan lerakta a telefont.

What should have been irrelevant was a waste of money! (I received it from another company in 1 day, also by courier! There would be something to learn!)
It is a completely inflexible company. Never do anything more from them.
I understand that I only ordered a 3000 HUF product with courier service - prepaid! -, but:
- The confirmation email is only a self-serving advertisement, it does not contain any information about the order.
- There is no communication with the buyer, no email has been answered to date.
- Upon telephone inquiry, they were promised a call back regarding the order as they could not provide information about the product purchased. It didn't work either, I was looking for the company again.
- They managed to give up the product with a delay of 2 days - no apology or apology left the clerk's mouth - and then they boredly hung up the phone.
