Bármilyen felmerülő probléma esetén minden kolléga a megoldásra törekszik. Könyvtárukból a tankönyveken és egyéb szakkönyveken kívül idegen nyelvű szépirodalmi műveket is kölcsönözhetnek a tanárok. Van lehetőség egyéni diákokat és csoportokat is tanítani több különböző nyelvi szinten. Korrekt elszámolás és kifizetés a jellemző. Sok évnyi együttműködésünk során számomra az talán az egyik legjobb élmény, hogy egy ilyen nagy és maximális hatékonysággal működő cégnél abszolút emberi bánásmódot tapasztalok. Should any problem arise, all colleagues will work to resolve it. In addition to textbooks and other textbooks, teachers can also borrow works of fiction in foreign languages from their library. In the course of our many years of collaboration, it is perhaps one of the best experiences for me to experience absolute human treatment in such a large and highly efficient company.

Vállalati nyelvoktatásra specializálódva, számos céggel már évek óta együtt dolgoznak, ami azt bizonyítja hogy szakmailag magasszintű munkát végeznek. Ez fontos a Globus számára, ezért rendszeresen biztosítja a tanároknak a továbbképzéseket, workshoppokat. De emellett közösségépítésre is nagy figyelmet fordítanak, programokkal, bulikkal, hogy az itt tanító tanárok ne csak munkahelynek érezzék a nyelviskolát, hanem akár baráti közösségnek! Segítőkészek mindenben! Csak ajánlani tudom annak, aki egy igazán kellemes, baráti hangulatú helyen szeretne tanítani! :) The Globus language school is very well organized, both in terms of courses and administrative work. Specializing in corporate language teaching, they have been working with a number of companies for years, proving that they do a high level of professional work. This is important for Globus, so it regularly provides in-service training and workshops for teachers. But they also pay a lot of attention to community building, with programs and parties so that the teachers who teach here feel not only the workplace of the language school, but even a community of friends! They are ready for anything! I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to teach in a really pleasant, friendly place! :)

Mivel Szegeden illetve online tartom az óráimat, földrajzilag "távol vagyok a tűztől", ennek azonban soha semmilyen hátrányát nem éreztem. A kommunikáció gördülékeny, az oktatás jól szervezett és rugalmas, mindenben igazodik a tanulók (és a tanárok) igényeihez. Tanárként is jólesik ez a rugalmasság, a vezetőtanároktól kezdve a kollégákon át a titkárságig mindenki rendkívül segítőkész, a csoportjaimmal kivétel nélkül jó/jó volt a kapcsolatom, élmény így dolgozni. Ráadásul folyamatosan kihívások elé állítanak, álmomban nem gondoltam, hogy valaha angolul fogok németórákat tartani. :) At several language schools I have taught me before Globus, so I have plenty of comparison basis. Since I keep my hours on Szeged and online, I'm geographically "far from the fire", but I never felt any disadvantage. Communication is smooth, education is well organized and flexible, aligns with the needs of students (and teachers) in everything. As a teacher, this flexibility, starting from driver teachers through colleagues to the Secretariat, everyone is extremely helpful, with my groups without exception good / good my relationship, experience this way to work. In addition, they are constantly brought to challenges, in my dreams I did not think I will ever hold Germany in English. :)
Z	Zsófia Bánhegyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lassan 10 éve tanítok a Globus-nál, kezdő nyelvtanárként kerültem hozzájuk és becsöppentem egyből a céges nyelvoktatás világába. Azóta számtalan kurzussal a hátam mögött bátran merem másoknak is ajánlani az iskolát. Minden tanfolyam szervezési, adminisztrációs feladatot intéznek profin, hogy nekem csak a tanításra kelljen fókuszálni. Rendszeres szakmai továbbképzéseket biztosítanak, a vezetőtanárok segítőkészek és támogatóak, ha tanácsért fordulunk hozzájuk. Soha nem volt fizetési késedelem vagy elmaradt fizetés, korrektül bánnak a tanárokkal, ha hirtelen félbeszakad egy tanfolyam a megrendelő szerződés bontása miatt, még akkor is fizetik 2 hétig a tanárnak az órákat. Ilyennel sehol máshol nem találkoztam. A tankönyveket, tananyagokat biztosítják és folyamatosan bővítik a könyvtári állományt is. Volt sok más nyelviskolához is már szerencsém, de azt gondolom, hogy a Globus szervezettsége és hozzáállása messze kimagaslik a többi közül. I have been teaching at Globus for 10 years, I joined them as a beginner language teacher and immediately dropped into the world of corporate language teaching. Since then, with countless courses behind me, I dare to recommend the school to others. All course organization and administration tasks are done professionally so that I only have to focus on teaching. They provide regular in-service training and the lead teachers are helpful and supportive when they turn to them for advice. There has never been a delay in payment or late payment, teachers will be treated correctly if a course is suddenly interrupted due to the termination of the ordering contract, even if the teacher is paid for the lessons for 2 weeks. I haven't found anything like this anywhere else. Textbooks and teaching materials are provided and the library stock is constantly being expanded. I’ve had luck with many other language schools as well, but I think Globus’s organization and attitude stand out far from the rest.

A hangulat nagyon családias, a vezetotanarok, akikkel éveken at együtt dolgoztam segítőkészek, rugalmasak, megértőek, -mind szakmailag, mind emberileg példaértékűek számomra. A Globusnal emberként is megbecsülnek minket, nem csak számok vagyunk a statisztikaban. Állandó visszajelzéseket, értékeléseket kapunk az óráinkról es adhatunk a csoportokkal, tankonyvekkel kapcsolatban, ezzel is javíthatunk a tanitasi módszereinken, vagy segítséget kapunk egy masfajta látásmód kialakításában. Személyes kéréssel, vagy szakmai problémával barmikor fordulhattam a vezetotanaraimhoz, a lehetőségekhez mérten a maximalis rugalmassaggal segitettek a megoldásban. A titkárság profi, gyors, lényegretörő es nagyon felkészült. A rendelkezésünkre allo könyvtárban megtalaltam minden segédanyagot, amelyet az óráimon felhasznaltam a kezdő szinttől a C1 szakmai felsőfokú kiegészítő könyvekig, ha valamire még szuksegem volt, par napon belül megkaptam. Továbbképzések segítik a munkankat, a közös programok biztosítják, hogy a kollegak megismerhessék egymást. Remélem még sokaig lesz alkalmam egy ilyen csapatban- ilyen csapattal együtt dolgozni. I have been teaching with Globus for almost 7 years, I am just sorry I didn’t start teaching right here. The atmosphere is very familiar, the leadership teachers I worked with for years are helpful, flexible, understanding, and both professionally and humanly exemplary for me. With Globus, we are also valued as human beings, we are not just numbers in statistics. We get constant feedback and evaluations about our lessons and we can give them information about groups and textbooks, we can also improve our teaching methods, or we can help you develop a different way of seeing. I could turn to my leadership teachers at any time with a personal request or a professional problem, and they helped me with the maximum flexibility, as far as possible. The secretariat is professional, fast, concise and very prepared. In the allo library available to us, I found all the aids I used in my classes from beginner level to C1 professional supplementary books, and if I still needed anything, I received them in a couple of days. Continuing education helps our work, joint programs ensure that colleagues get to know each other. I hope to have the opportunity to work in a team like this for a long time to come.

I would define this feature of Globus as its biggest strength: everything happens online, almost paperlessly. it saves time, it is eco friendly and above all, simple and functional. The staff is very responsive, superpolite but at the same time, friendly and approachable. They do trainings all the time, I especially appreciate our Facebook group with teachers sharing their best ideas and creative tricks, I always check them out, apply them 70 % of the time, which is a very high ratio. Sometimes staff also share a collection of ideas or they summarise and attach the content of a webinar I have missed. They expect accuracy and punctual administration but they are never demanding or bossy. I get immediate feedbacks, feedbacks on my lessons, very constructive criticism, I can say. They even share students' comments assessing my lessons. I could go on and on.
