P	Patrícia Szalai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborito,hogy ilyen cégek létezhetnek,és ilyen emberek dolgozhatnak...Föleg egy temetkezési vállalatnál,ahol a gyászolo hozzátartozok egy kis együttérzést várnának el.Itt inkább megalázással és gúnnyal kell szembesülniük.Egy "kedves" hölgy viselkedése még a kegyeletsértés fogalmát is kimeritette... It is outrageous that such companies can exist and such people can work ... Especially at a funeral home where the bereaved relatives would expect a little sympathy. Here they would rather face humiliation and mockery. ..
K	Krisztina Szalai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek sem ajánlom !A tulajdonos humora morbid és közönséges.Senki ne számítson együttérzésre,megértésre.Mindenkinek azt tanácsolom keressen kedvesebb megértőbb vállalkozót,hogy a gyászával tudjon foglalkozni ne a tulajdonos felháborító viselkedésével . I don't recommend it to anyone! The humor of the owner is morbid and ordinary. No one should expect compassion, understanding.

Nem érdekli, hogy ők milyen módon szeretnének elbúcsúzni a szeretett személytől. Gyakran hibázik: nem a megrendelés szerint teljesít. Ha ezt valaki szóvá teszi, ügyvezető asszony ordítva próbálja leszerelni, becsmérli a panaszt tevőt, sőt még attól sem riad vissza, hogy az elhunytat emlegesse kegyeletsértő módon... Ezek a hibák részben,talán az őskori nyilvántartási/elszámolási rendszerből adódnak, de nagyobb részben a cég vezetésre, emberekkel való kapcsolattartásra már alkalmatlan öreg hölgy ámokfutásából adódik... Az ott lévő - mások által kritizált -hölgy most is mindenben a segítségünkre volt (sajnos nem először kellett igénybe vennünk a szolgáltatásaikat). Valóban egyedi a stílusa, de nem bántó. A szolgáltatás színvonalában is akadtak, hanyagságra vissza vezethető problémák. Fizetéskor erősködtek, hogy számlát csak a pénz átutalása után fogják kiállítani. Senkinek sem ajánlom őket!
