K	Kovács Dani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Közvetlen a hozzá vezető lépcső előtt a járdán kell parkolni, ez kicsit kellemetlen helyzetet teremthet, de maga a kilátó szép, igényes környezetben található. You have to park on the sidewalk right in front of the stairs leading to it, this can create a bit of an awkward situation, but the lookout itself is located in a nice, demanding environment.

Erről a 186 méteres dombról egy 1801-1802-ben épült kupolás épületből, a Glorietteből tekinthetünk végig a tipikus Fertő-tájon. A kilátót gróf Széchényi Ferenc építtette József nádor tiszteletére, akivel több ízben is innen gyönyörködtek a már akkor is egyedi kilátásban. A klasszicista, kupolával zárt kilátó belső átmérője 3 méter, a falvastagság 50 cm. A keleti és a nyugati ajtónyílásban 2-2 oszlopot láthatunk, míg az északi bejáratot egy sima kőtok veszi körbe. A déli oldalon csak egy félköríves ablakot nyitottak. Az akkorra már megrongálódott épületet gróf Széchényi Endre helyreállíttatta 1943-ban. Ekkor került a főpárkány köveinek belső oldalára a következő felirat is: „EREXIT COMES FRANCISCUS SZÉCHÉNYI. RENOV. COM. ANDREAS SZÉCHÉNYI 1943”. Kár, hogy a gépkocsival érkezők csak viszonylag messze parkolhatnak. The renovation (2020) also became very beautiful for the surroundings. The lookout was built by Count Ferenc Széchényi in honor of palatine József, with whom he admired the unique view from here several times. In the east and west doorways we can see 2-2 columns, while the north entrance is surrounded by a plain stone case. On the south side, only a semicircular window was opened. The building, which had already been damaged by then, was restored by Count Endre Széchényi in 1943. It was then that the following inscription was placed on the inside of the stones on the main ledge: “EREXIT COMES FRANCISCUS SZÉCHÉNYI. RENOV. COM. ANDREAS SZÉCHÉNYI 1943 ”. It is a pity that those arriving by car can only park relatively far.

Csak az nem tetszett, hogy az odavezető kis út melletti részt használják illem helynek a nyomok alapján. De érdemes megnézni! It can also be reached by stairs and by bike through the vineyards. I just didn’t like the part next to the small road leading there being used as a place of decency based on the clues. But worth a look!

R	Roland Ravadics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquility in its best. The place is well hidden close to Fertőboz. Up the hill it is quite a hike, but the view is well worth it. As you go up you see one of the most famous Hungarian vine producing region. If you are lucky producers might have vine tasting on offer. Mustn't miss if you happen to be around either by car, bike or even on foot.
