B	Balázs Boródi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Companies where humans work always had problems and they always will. GLS is no exception. However, so far, I cannot raise a single complaint from my side. They are precise with 99% percent of the deliveries, as for the remaining 1%, well, mistakes happen, but at least their staff is helpful and kind, not like other similar companies' (I'm talking about you, Hungarian Post EMS service...).
S	Sunjunkey R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an email from them on A Thursday saying my parcel would be delivered by the next day, On Friday evening I tried calling them for 2 hours, after 10 minutes waiting I was directed to leave a message with order number and contact number, I left 2 they never returned to me, On Monday morning I called them, they said it was to early and to call later, I tried calling later but for over an hour their lines are busy, Online on their website it still states that my delivery date is 3 days ago, Honestly with such service I don't know why anyone would use them at all, Ever

If I changed the delivery interval, the packet landed on my hand at the preferred time-rage. Also a big extra, our regional delivery staffs always so friendly, polite, helpful and precise. I'm very thankful for their service!! Whenever I'm ordering stg from online, I straightly choose them, and it won't change in this new year as well! 5 stars!
W	Wanda Mohaqiq-V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time I had good experience but around 3 days ago, the guy who bring my two packages hasn't got a working bank terminal..he didn't offer anything useful , so I told him that i go to next automat to bring money, when i was way back home in 35 degrees after two hours sleep, he told me that he doesn't have time and maybe tomorrow he come back with my stuff.....What???!! I told him that i already run 40 minutes, please wait me and when he gave my stuffs doesn't help me to bring it at the door (the two package together arund 50 kilogrammes) And he easely whatch it from the car....

The courier itself is allways contactable and extreme flexible. Those who rates them down, I guess, never experienced the rigidity, dubiosity, and incompetency of concurent services (especially DPD or DHL)

I don't think it's not possible to send a mail/sms whatever that the next day your packet is delivered .. nobody will sitt days in his house without going out, just that their courier will find him home, when he is suddenly knocking on his door

It's no secret that GLS puts great amounts of effort and resources into improving their services, and that shows in every employees positive and helpful attitude. "When we look at our boxes we don’t see parcels, we see people." This vision statement is reflected in the way they deal with their customers, and maybe that's what makes them truly stand out from the competition. I want to thank them for making my shipments smooth and reliable, and for delivering the whole package in a positive experience!
