A csomagról kiderült, hogy már próbálkoztak 2 napja, 7 napja, de ugye se az emailt se a telefont nem ismerik, így fogalmam se volt róla, hogy a csomagom 1 hete megérkezett. Gratulálok GLS! Komoly cég! Today I accidentally received the package because my neighbor took it for me. The package turned out to have been tried 2 days, 7 days ago, but they didn't know the email or the phone, so I had no idea that my package arrived 1 week ago. Congratulations GLS! Serious company!
e	enikö korbel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nincs frissitve a weboldaluk,a megadott győri telefonszámon nem lehet elérni őket. A telephelyen pedig egy árva lélek sem akitől információt kérhettünk volna. A központi számon pedig nagyon sokáig várakoztatnak. Their website is not updated, they cannot be reached by the given Győr phone number. And there was no orphan on the site who could have asked for information. And the central number will wait for a very long time.

A szolgáltató akitől megrendeltem megerősítette, hogy felvételeik alapján ők máshogy csomagolták mint kaptam. A futár nem akarta, hogy megnézzem a csomagot átvételnél, képtelen volt házhoz jönni, egy utcával arrébb kellett nekem mennem, munka közben. Z	Zsofia Papp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Előre kifizetett csomagom érkezéséről semmilyen értesítést nem kaptam, sem SMS-ben, sem email-ben, pedig a feladó által küldött fényképen látszik hogy az email címem és a telefonszámom is szerepelt a csomagon. 2 hétig vártam, amikor a feladó szólt hogy visszavitték neki a csomagot. 2 hét idegeskedés, a futár ára kidobott pénz volt. SOHA TÖBBÉ GLS! I did not receive any notification of the arrival of my prepaid package, either by SMS or email, although the photo sent by the sender shows that my email address and phone number were on the package. I waited for 2 weeks when the sender told me they had returned the parcel. 2 weeks nervous, courier cost was a waste of money. NEVER MORE GLS!
r	robeee88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy csomagot állítólag háromszor próbálták meg kézbesíteni, csak épp én nem tudtam róla. Sem előzetes, sem utólagos értesítést nem kaptam. A csomagot visszaküldték a feladónak (állítólag) az meg azt mondta, ő nem kapta meg. Reklamálásom során egyszerűen leráztak. Anyagi kár ért. Megbízhatatlanok, vevőszolgálat nulla, senkinek sem ajánlom. A parcel was reportedly tried three times, but I just didn't know. I have not received any prior or ex-post notification. The parcel was returned to the sender (allegedly) and said he did not receive it. They simply shook me off during my advertising. Damage to property. Untrustworthy, customer service is zero, I would not recommend it to anyone.

B	Brian Camille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Long lead time for a ‘fast service’. 2) Incorrect information on their tracking system, GLS failed to deliver my parcel,- but say that no one was there to receive the parcel, they also say they left a note which was incorrect and not true.. 3) Obviously they are trying to manipulate their KPI’s By mentioning that there was no customer present... Instead of writing that they can’t find the address! I have been monitoring the GLS tracking system consistently and it’s just down to poor performance that my parcel was not delivered already...
