★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!!! My husband gave them $60 USD yesterday, and a young woman gave him 1500 florints instead of 15,000. He saw the error and we came back to get the money. They refused to give it to him or check the cameras. We now have to wait for the police to come to file a police report. The owner will not do the right thing and is probably erasing footage as we speak. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't understand the bad reviews until I went here to change my Forint to Euro. The girl at the counter started shouting at me for asking why she's returning Florint coins to me (they don't take coins here, she was giving my change back in coins). I told her I have enough coins, what is this for and she started yelling instead of calmly answering my simple question.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. After this we went to the one across the street and had a calm experience. They even changed our coins.
