R	Robert James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial greeting was abrupt and rude from reception. On checking the very dated room I always check the mini bar. I found a bottle of champagne opened I made reception aware of this as I was ot paying for someone else's drink. Nice big bed in the room shame everytime you moved an inch it created loud creaking noises. People walking up and down the corridor singing and talking loudly in the early hours. The hotel is far out of the way and is in a very run down area. Pay the extra and stay in the city. Asked for a refund on the city charge as we left after 1st night and booked elsewhere. Was told no they did not even ask why we where checking out 3 days early. Family run with bad attitude.
n	nagy Akos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice comfortable hotel. Stayed there for 3 weeks. Breakfast is plenty. Should have a bit more healthy options though. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Only downside cannot cook anything in the kitchen because there are not many pots to cook in. Overall it is a nice, confortable good hotel. Thank you.

The actual hotel is ok but me and my friends paid full price and upon arrival were shown to a separate building which was deserted and in the middle of overgrown trees and filled with rubbish to an apartment so disgusting! We had NO hot water the entire time the bathroom stank of gas, the lady at reception told us it was fixed numerous times but never was. The beds were filthy we had to hoover them, and clean the apartment before it was hygienic to stay in! The hotel is actually about 4 miles away from any town centre so please be prepared to walk down a mountain to get anywhere! Reception staff were extremely rude, and as for breakfast it’s great if you like cold scrambled egg and a bit of hard bread!
K	Kai Wilson-Viola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little hotel - staff spoke functional English (though I wish I spoke Hungarian to make it easier on them - so that's not a complaint about the hotel at all!). Rooms were cosy, air conditioned (important when outside was routinely 30+) and the bed was nice. Booking via the concierge was easy, though would have preferred to pay by card rather than cash (it was explained they pay the tour companies direct). Breakfast was plentiful and the walk into town not terrible at all. The only problem we really had was taxis - fares varied widely, and it was difficult to explain where the hotel was.
N	Nabil El-Lababidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pros: - Great location: 10 minutes walk to the congress centre, about 15 minutes walk to downtown - Spacious rooms - Nice shower The negs: - The rooms could do with better maintenance - The sink took quite some time to drain - For a 4-star hotel, I would have at least expected matching sets of cutlery. - Breakfast choice was limited (one plain and one fruit? Powder based juices?! A croissant that had only a shape common with a croissant? ) - No matter what coffee type you chose from the coffee maker, it was truly horrendous - The WiFi is unstable. It is also not available in the restaurant

The next day morning I inform reception about I want to cut one night off and ask for return money for last night. They refused to give me any money back for a reason: you already did pay, we can't give you any money back. Very thin walls. I literally hear everything that happened in the next apartment.

Apartments are nice and quite comfortable. I am satisfied, but it must be taken into consideration, that there is limited privacy in one of two sleeping rooms, which is on the way to shared toilet. No breakfast in the hotel, but in a separate restaurants nearby. Small, but closed, private parking.
