★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vállalhatatlan szolgáltatás, elérhetetlen ügyintézők. A Wizz air ajánlotta fel itt az autóbérlési lehetőséget, de megbántuk teljesen. Megbízhatatlan cég csak a lehúzásról szól az egész.
Unsolicited service, inaccessible agents. Wizz air offered car rental here, but we hurt it completely. An unreliable company is all about pulling away.

Approximately HUF 20,000 in additional costs were deducted for random “services” only without information. Escape!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent a car at Palma de Mallorca airport. Were afraid at first based on google and tripadvisor bad reviews. The car was like brand new with less than 5000km. At collection we didn't see what we sign on the electric signature device, but the next day the vehicle condition and the contract was sent by email. We weren't told about the minor bump on the rear, but we had super relax piece of mind insurance so it didn't matter anyway. Upon returning the car at the airport at first we took the wrong lane and it was impossible to access the 1st floor, had to pay for parking, exit, take another round and then found the exact lane to follow for the return area. There was a key drop box, so we were able to return the car early morning before business hours.
