★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not treated on account of a tiny ulcer, I was not even aware of.
Next I was subjected to a long lecture about how the hygieniest as well as subsequent patients were being exposed to harm due to my bacteria. If there was even a chance of that, and this was not just really unacceptable attitude, then their sterilising is miserably inadequate. It's safest to err on the side of caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience in this place. Had just a filling but it was painless and fast. The dentist Ms Andrea was very friendly and professional. It was a bit more expensive than usual tho (compare to other fillings before in other places). But I needed urgent and they managed to fix it directly. All together I would choose them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls on the reception made me wait half an hour and then said that the doctor I had an appointment to took other patient because I was late. And I have to wait 20 minutes more. Before I warned that I have newborn baby waiting for me in the car with my husband so I can not wait long. They never mentioned my doctor is busy with someone else. Terrible service. With the prices you have you should treat your clients better.

Dr. Ingrid is incredibly kind, helpful, and precessional. I’m in general afraid of dentist and she's very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I so appreciate for her being thorough and caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an appointment with Golden Dent months before my arrival to Hungary. We communicated through emails and told them exactly the procedure I’d like to do and the amount of time I have available. They told me it’s no problem, so I booked my ticket and travelled there. Upon my arrival, the doctor who was supposed to do the procedure was not available and there was nobody else who had availability. In addition, they seemed like they had no idea about the emails at the reception and told me that I probably didn’t communicate properly through the phone (I never called, only sent emails).
They told me to come back the day after and maybe there will be someone to look at my case and had me pay 10.000 Forints. Later the same day, I cancelled the appointment and asked them to transfer back the money which they never did, even after several calls and a visit to the reception. They said that they already transferred it back to the card that was used for the payment but it never arrived. I decided to give up and just let it go. Horrible experience, this place is untrustworthy and unprofessional.
