G	Gyöngyi Szaniszlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teljes megtévesztés, faházat foglaltunk, nem szobát egy ütött kopott, igénytelen még faháznak sem mondható lukban, ahol 60 fok van sötét és egy házba bezsufolnak még 8 embert akik inni mennek oda. Három gyermekkel igen felháborító hogy ilyet meghirdetnek. Nem ajánlottak fel semmilyen opciót, sem cserét, sem semmilyen más megoldást, egy vezetővel sem tudtam beszélni, a pénzt lenyultak annak ellenére hogy nem vettük át a szobának nem nevezhető helységet és tönkre tették a kis nyaralasunkat, de még nincs vége. Senkinek sem ajánlom!!!! Total deception, we booked a wooden house, no room in a battered shabby, unpretentious not even a wooden house in a hole where it is 60 degrees dark and 8 more people are crowded into a house who go there to drink. With three children, it is very outrageous to be advertised. They didn’t offer any options, no exchanges, no other solutions, I couldn’t talk to a manager, they swallowed the money even though we didn’t take over a room that couldn’t be called a room and ruined our little vacation, but it’s not over yet. I would not recommend it to anyone !!!!

Viszont ha nem kapcsoltam be megsültem. A WiFi jelerősség minimális volt a szobámban, nem tudtam használni. A szobafoglalás előtt azt mondták, lehetséges A céges hitelkártyás fizetés, csak fizetéskor derült ki, hogy mégsem fogadják el. Pro: Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Contra: The room was a bit old-fashioned. The climate is old and noisy. However, if I didn't turn it on, I was fried. WiFi signal strength was minimal in my room, I couldn’t use it. Before booking the room they said it was possible Corporate credit card payments, it was only at the time of payment, that it was not accepted.
v	voros maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patyolat tisztaság van, jó illat terjeng mindenhol (a padlószőnyeg ellenére)! A reggeli 5☆-os szállodában is pont ilyen! Kellemes csalódás volt! Laundry is clean, a good scent spreads everywhere (despite the carpet)! Breakfast is just like that in a 5 szállod hotel! It was a pleasant disappointment!

Személyzet közvetlen és segítőkész. We were in the log cabin bungalow. Cleanliness everywhere. Maximum service. Friendly welcome. Breakfast is plentiful. Close to the beach. Staff direct and helpful.
B	Bettina Bors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hetet töltöttünk itt a családommal. A faházas ellátást választottuk, reggelit kértünk a szállás mellé. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Árban alsóörsi viszonylatban a legolcsóbb volt, ezért is választottuk, nem bántuk meg! Egyszerű tiszta szállás, de előzetesen kértünk róla tájékoztatást, ezért nem csatlakoznánk az előttünk szólókhoz. Jövőre visszatérünk!!! We spent 1 week here with my family. We chose the chalet board, we asked for breakfast next to the accommodation. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was the cheapest in Alsóörs in terms of price, that's why we chose it, we didn't regret it! It is simple clean accommodation, but we asked for information in advance, so we would not join those in front of us. We will be back next year !!!

Szép tisztaság volt, jól felszereltek a kis házak és egy nagyszerű közösségi tér is rendelkezésre állt. The staff is very nice, the wooden houses in the garden are perfect for groups of friends. It was nice clean, the little houses were well equipped and a great community space was also available.
