Ígéretet kaptam a telefonos érdeklődésemre, hogy pótolják a kezelést. A 3+ 2 hét várakoztatás után érdeklődésemre felháborodottan jelentették ki, hogy " én is emberből vagyok", hagyjam békén, keressek másik helyet magamnak. Ezt meg is tettem.Teszem hozzá, végig udvarias és megértő voltam bár rossz üzletmenetre utal, hogy várakoztattak, ígértek, elutasítottak és nem szolgáltattak. De! A mai nappal, ugyanolyan sablon szöveggel mondták le egy ismerősömet is, őt is 3 hétig várakoztatták. A honlapjukon akkor még nem jelezték, hogy új ügyfelet nem fogadnak, a rendszer engedett regisztrálni, adott szabad időpontot, neki is. Ők meg nem jelenés esetén kötbéreznek, de ez a hosszú kiszolgáltatott,a végén szolgáltatás nélküli várakoztatás úgy tűnik semmilyen következménnyel nem jár. Gondolom nem mi voltunk sz egyetlenek, akik így járta, vagy fognak járni. They are penalized for non-appearance, but this long vulnerable, end-of-service wait doesn’t seem to have any consequences. I don't think we were the only ones who went or will go that way.
