Az épület másik különlegessége az,hogy az ország egyik legrégebbi lakóháza. A 13.században épült,többször átépítették,bővítették,végül 1977-ben állították helyre.
A márvány emléktáblát Bory Jenő alkotta 1924-ben.
 In this house was born Goldziher Ignác East Research Scientist on June 22, 1850.
Another specialty of the building is that it is one of the oldest residential houses in the country. It was built in the 13th century, rebuilt several times, expanded and eventually restored in 1977.
The marble plaque was made by Jenő Bory in 1924.
