★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to replace an item to a different product after payment made, and that was the end of the world. They were reluctant to change the product saying storno is not possible.... it turned out it is possible, they just didn’t want to do it. Not customer friendly approach at all. One star is too much, but cannot give less.
