Már egy délutánunk el ment rá de sehol a megoldás. Hétvégen nincs Ügy. szolg. sütni meg kéne a két gyereknek... Semmi nincs a használati útmutatóban. A GYIK alatt csak annyi hogy "be van kapcsolva a Demo" Hi! Can anyone tell me how to turn a freshly bought BO76SYW oven into a normal oven from DEMO mode? We went for it one afternoon but nowhere is the solution. There is no case on weekends. serv. the two children should bake ... There is nothing in the instructions for use. The only thing under the FAQ is that "Demo is on"
A	András Gurics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soha többet Gorenje! Fagyasztót vettünk a média marktból, amit sérülés mentesen szállítottak ki. A rejtett hibára akkor derült fény, amikor megcseréltük az ajtó nyitási írányát. A Fagyasztó talpán az ajtó nyitó zsanért túl erősen húzták rá, ezért felgyűrődött a fagyasztó alja, ajtaja így nem zár tökéletesen. Egyértelmű a gyári hiba. Hibát a Gorenje nem ismeri el. Garancia, jót állás nem érvényes rá szerintük. Azzal takaróznak hogy szállításkor sérült, csak ezzel az a gond, hogy nekem meg van az eredeti csomagolás ami sértetlen kívül belül. Tisztességtelen cég. Senkinek nem ajánlom. Never again Gorenje! We took a freezer from the media markt and shipped it free of damage. The hidden error came to light when we changed the direction of the door opening. The door hinge on the base of the Freezer was pulled too hard, so the bottom of the freezer was creased, so the door would not close perfectly. The factory error is clear. Gorenje does not acknowledge the error. Guarantee, good job is not valid for them. They cover it up with it being damaged in transit, the only problem being that I have the original packaging which is intact on the outside inside. Unfair company. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Az egyértelműen gyártási hibát (nem megfelelő alapanyag használat, üveg nem megfelelő edzése...) nem javítják garanciálisan. Mindemellett sajnos az ügyfélszolgálat sem kompetens, telefonos érdeklődéseimkor mindenáron új munklapot akartak felvenni, még tájékoztatást kérése is nehézkes. Olvasva a véleményeket sajnos nem év vagyok az első aki, így járt. Elképesztő, hogy engedhetik ez meg. Senkinek nem ajánlom. The inner glass of our newly purchased combination stove burst when first heated. A clearly manufacturing defect (improper use of raw materials, improper tempering of glass ...) will not be repaired under warranty. However, unfortunately the customer service is not competent either, they wanted to add a new worksheet at all costs during my telephone inquiries, even requesting information is difficult. Reading the reviews is unfortunately not the first year I have been so. It's amazing that they can afford it. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Vásároltam egy vadonatúj elektromos tűzhelyet amivel 5 hónapig semmi probléma nem volt!Egyszer csak pizzát akartam sütni felmelegített a sütő aztán egy 20 perc után egyszer csak BEROBBANT a belső sütő üveg!!Hívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot,hogy érvényesítsem a garanciát közölték velem,hogy ez lehetetlen biztos az én hibám valamivel megsertettem az üveget az miatt robbant el,mivel ha az ő hibájuk lett volna első felfűtésnél elrobban!! Azt mondták a garancián kívüli javítást elválalják.A robbanás következtében az ajtó alumínium háza is elgörbült ami által nem lehet becsukni már a sütő ajtót sem.SOHA többé!! De úgye a bekötést is pecséttel kell hitelesíteni,hogy érvényes legyen a garancia.ENNÉL A CÉGNÉL GARANCIA NEM LÉTEZIK Never again Gorenje! I bought a brand new electric stove with which I had no problem for 5 months! I just wanted to bake a pizza. it was my fault I broke the bottle somewhat because it would have exploded on the first heating if it was their fault !! It was said that the repair outside the warranty would be taken away. As a result of the explosion, the aluminum housing of the door was also bent, which means that it is no longer possible to close the oven door. NEVER again !! However, the connection must be sealed for the warranty to be valid. THERE IS NO WARRANTY AT THIS COMPANY.

They can actually listen to what you need and recommend all available products with pros and cons. Never buying an appliance from a Big Box store where help is nowhere to be found again. This is the way to go. Also they deliver fast.
