Went for longer weekend with my family and my little nephew. Our first trip to Hungary and could not be more impressed. I work for 5 star hotel myself and have always high expectations. Hotel was well equiped, restaurant had on daily basis great selection of dishes to choose from, every day different. Pools were nice and clean (hygienic), good temperature of pools. Suitable for famillies with children. Already planning another trip in there. 5 star rating from me.

Room, food, staff, everything was excellent. Using a chip-watch to enter and exit the wellness section and to pay is a fantastic idea, really makes life easier. The pools are great, slides are fun, basically every staff-member was considerate, smiling and kind. The late check-out option is worth its price. Absolutely superb place.

Very kind and helpful staff, nice rooms, nice spa, and excellent meals. I'll definitely come back one day. I can only recommend this place.

We prefer apartments, but we've really enjoyed to stay here for a few day and I'm sure we will book in this hotel again. Staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, they serve savoury and varied dishes. Wellness is also all right, it provides what you expect. Hotel is pet-friendly, our minidoxie enjoyed to play in the huge garden. They think serious and also serve food for dogs. :) We had a problem with the lock on the door and staff took care of this, solved it in 10 minutes without any inconvenience.

We visited the hotel with my wife in 2020 September. Its nice hotel with friendly staff. The most amazing thing about the hotel is the water park. They have tons of different pools and an outdoor area as well. Unfortunately the sauna park is not included in the package, so we had to pay extra for that. The prices are a little bit high in general e.g. renting bikes, lunch, and drinks, and water is not included in the dinner. Another area to improve is the quality of beds. The pillows and mattrasses seem to be worn out and not comfortable. We asked for extra pillows, but they didn't make things much better. We also had to change rooms while staying in the hotel because our room got floded with water from the bathroom, as they didnt put a sinkhole on the ground and the floor is uneven, so the water basically went into our livingroom. The staff was nice about it and they gave us a new room immediately with a very nice balcony on the top floor. However, breakfast and dinners were absolutely fantastic. There were a great variety of meals and desserts. Overall we had a nice experience, thank you.

Nicely received. The hotel is very nice and warm. The staff is charming. Rooms are gorgeous, and the service is effective.

Together with a friendly couple plus child we stayed here for 5 nights, enjoying the thermal bath and the hotel amenities including half-board. We stayed in two 2-room family apartments, in fact 2 rooms with connecting door each, which was perfect for us having small children with us to put them to sleep in the other room. The food is simple but very good and different each day. All treatments are inexpensive but well done, the thermal bath and the hotel are great for families, offering an indoor and outdoor playground, a gaming area and everything you are expecting when traveling with your little ones. We had a great time here!
