★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10:50-re érkeztem, vártam kapunyitásig (11:00 h) majd 11:47-kor kerültem sorra. Elôttem összesen 2 ember húzott sorszámot útlevél-kérvénnyel/módosítással. Összesen 8 perc alatt végeztünk, hogy mi tarthatott 47 percig az elôzô 2 embernél, azt nem tudom. Az ügyintézô a papírmunka és a fotó készítés között még idôt szakított arra, hogy a rég nem látott ismerôssel hosszasan csevegjen, ami nem lett volna zavaró, ha elôtte nem 47 percig várok a soromra. Majd készített egy borzalmas képet (alulfotózottatt) és választ nem várva elkönyvelte megfelelônek. Azt hiszem itt engedtem el, hogy minôségi ügykezelésben legyen részem.
 I arrived at 10:50, waited until the gate opened (11:00 a.m.) and then it was 11:47. In front of me, a total of 2 people drew a serial number with a passport application / modification. We did in a total of 8 minutes what could have lasted 47 minutes for the previous 2 people, I don't know. Between the paperwork and the photo, the clerk took a long time to chat at length with a friend I hadn't seen before, which wouldn't have been annoying if I hadn't waited for 47 minutes before.
