 Beams accidentally ordered in the wrong size were replaced; the price difference was also returned.
Thank you (!) For buying from them. Even the porter. This is a rarity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyorsan kiválasztottak és megkaptam a méregdrága faanyagot. 1600 Ft volt egy kétméteres 15cm széles 2,5 vastag gyalulatlan deszka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Régi, visszatérő vásárlója vagyok a cégnek. A minap minőségi problémám volt a kiszállított anyag gyalulási minőségével, amit telefonon jeleztem. Vita nélkül kicserélték a teljes mennyiséget, méghozzá úgy, hogy autót küldtek érte, másnap autóval hozták az újragyártott anyagot, mindkét esetben a cég emberei végezték a rakodást. Mindez egy nap alatt lezajlott. Köszönet az európai minőségű ügyintézésért!
