The two of us and my partner had great everything, cleanliness, location, staff, restaurant star 5th !!! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, we were here for the second time but we will return later for sure

A negative impression is already upon arrival at the accommodation. Curtains torn off, the promised surprise half forgotten. The restaurant where we can redeem meal tickets serves inedible food! The staff at the apartment reception did not help to remedy the problem. To get this for so much money, shame !!! If I could, I wouldn't even give a rating of 1! 0000000???

Nobody, but nobody would not recommend !!! It was a deal we (coupon site) Grand Thermal apartment, but space was not any point in time. Instead, they offered an apartment at an additional cost (Pension Amfora), which I accepted. After booking any additional costs they wanted to sew my neck, then I decided to not take advantage of their services yet. money sent to the addresses hour course, not been referred back. The staff at the front desk are jerky, disrespectful and arrogant. Everyone avoid it from afar.

Family friendly, our other half of the children also had a great time. The wellness area was especially good. Nice, responsive staff. Such clean and demanding accommodation is rare. You can also take advantage of program offers. Both the city and the accommodation are excellent choices. Thank you for everything

While we were staying at this hostel our car broke down and we waited for long hours for towing. Meanwhile I called the reception of this great place asking to reschedule the holiday from the meltanya because that bap had already been lost. I received a cynical letter out of the 12,000 ft cancellation fee. Which, of course, I refused in principle either, as this does not count as a cancellation. The least guest accommodation I've ever seen, I don't recommend to anyone. In fact, I complain about them as an indecent human being with a cynical attitude.

It would have been nice to go and see in person what the place was like. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to do so. We would have gone with a coupon from a certain site called BB, which reportedly gave a 60% discount on a 3 day holiday. The accommodation stated that BB did not pay them, so they cannot accept these coupons. My brothers did the same, only they were specifically told the day before the trip that the coupon was not valid but they had to pay. They went in, but the procedure is not correct. What’s also weird is that the newly redeemed same coupons are accepted again, millions have failed and who knows how many cheated potential guests are after. Allegedly ...

My partner and I received a gift coupon from the side of the trip. It took us 40 minutes to find the "reception" (a plain family house) because we weren't able to provide directions, but we couldn't tell us the correct address. Once we were able to find it, we were confronted inside with the fact of what it means to have a certain "unlimited hot drink consumption at the reception". A 50-year-old drink dispenser in a place you wouldn’t otherwise walk to, as the accommodation is elsewhere. After we arranged for the payment of the remaining amount, because we were not asked for any information, my partner's name was not asked, no ID had to be taken out just to pay and it was ready, finding the "apartment" would have taken up to 20 minutes if we were not so lucky. cleaners recognize the keychain and tell us that we have just walked right next to it. The food service provider also has a scandalous restaurant (Marcos) next to a 1-room and "shower" in the back garden without equipment. Then when we went to the Castle Bath, we started at the reception in front of it, because the ticket can only be picked up that day. We signaled "We came for our entrance to the Castle Bath" by the time we pressed two gray entrance clocks into our hands, they asked for my phone number and apartment number, then proudly indicated that I was VIP and did not have to stand in line. We were already inside the spa when we wanted to get into the Aqua Palace, but it turned out that they gave me a bad ticket (not even a VIP, it just wasn’t the case because of the covid it didn’t turn out yet), which they thought was our fault as we didn’t we said. After a lot of ridiculous ideas and shouts (from them in our direction) they came and paid for the extra ticket, which we could no longer get to the saunas, where we didn't want to, so we didn't care, but it would have been in our package anyway. Overall, we had a great time in Gyula when we had nothing to do with them. I wouldn’t recommend this ridiculous apartment brokerage company to anyone, they just annoyed us, but at least a lot.
