Best Italian restaurant in Hungary

P	Pb Steen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiter sighed when asked whether we could pay separately, adding to this the 'service' fee and the fact they made a dish specially for someone allergic to cheese then managed to include cheese into the dish is really poor. Very disappointing!
M	Matthew Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undercooked burgers resulted in the end of this abysmal fiasco. Prior to this we were charged £4.50 per bottle of questionable, already opened, bottled water. We were moved to different tables twice, whilst the food took thirty minutes to arrive. The litre of beer contained 350ml frothy head and small flies crawled amongst the cutlery. When we did eventually complain, the manager accepted no accountability for the uncooked meat pointing towards the kitchen (wonder who runs the kitchen, yeah, nice one) and still insisted on charging us £31.18 for two chicken sandwiches, two beers and two bottles of tap water. To top this off we witnessed the orning/roof attacking a customer, resulting in an eruption of stress. I wouldn't return if I were promised a 24 carat gold 30 metric ton slab. To give credit where it's due, the manager was apologetic, though I'm unsure of how genuinely upset he was in reference to our disappointment.
R	Rufus Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Bad and slow service, a sexist waiter, hugely expensive beer prices! The "bottled water" was just tap water in a second hand bottle and cost £4. The food took hours to arrive and when they arrived, the burgers were uncooked!! The "French fries" we're potato wedges! We had to move table two times as well!! Ended up leaving without eating and staff were very unhelpful. Stay well clear!
S	Samuel Vrbovský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location but that is probably the only positive thing. Prices are pretty ok - around 3K HUF for main meal. But the quality of meal is terrible. I had big burger and it was awful. French fries included with it were definitely not homemade but rather some cheap stuff from freezer :( Not to mention they brought excess quantity of them but without any sauce! Seriously? Furthermore, the service didn't speak English well and the interior of the Restaurant was really terrible. Especially toilettes. All together 1/5. Surely the worst restaurant I have been in 5 years but unfortunately not the cheapest one by a long shot :(

The waitress brought out toasted ham & cheese sandwiches instead of toast not knowing what toast means. We tried explaining what toast meant but she started arguing that we did indeed ordered the sandwich. Not knowing English is not an excuse to charge people for items they didn't order. DO NOT GO HERE.
