★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vigyázz, mert át vernek!! Trükköznek a szerződéssel amivel a vevőt át verik és bevédik az eladót! Hiába lép vissza az eladó az adás-vételtől miután elfogadta az ajánlatot, a vevőnek nem jár meg a foglaló kétszerese ami a szerződésben is levolt írva, mert maga a szerződés nem érvényes. Kinczli József ingatlanos vert át minket aki egyébként saját magát értékeli 5 csillagosra itt... Egy hazug, csaló, pofátlan cég!

In vain the seller withdraws from the sale and purchase after accepting the offer, the buyer does not pay twice the deposit which is written down in the contract because the contract itself is not valid. Realtor József Kinczli beat us who would otherwise rate himself 5 stars here ... A liar, a cheat, a naughty company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soha, senkinek nem ajánlom ! Szakmailag egy óriási nulla, amit csinálnak. Gusztustalan és gyomorforgató stílusban dolgoznak itt...persze tisztelet a kivételnek, de itt olyant nem láttam.
Never, I would not recommend to anyone! Professionally a huge zero is what they do. They work in a distasteful and stomach-turning style here ... of course respect for the exception, but I haven’t seen one here.

Az elso kapcsolatfelveteltol kezdve a felmeresen es tanacsadason at az eladas minden egyes lepeseben egeszen a kulcs atadasig. Nem letezett problema, amiben ne kaptunk volna azonnal profi segitseget. A papirmunka is abszolut kivaloan, problemamentesen es a helyzethez (Koronavirus, kulfoldi elado) igazodva maximalis rugalmassaggal, nagyreszt online zajlott amennyire lehetseges volt.
Negativ: nem talaltam ilyet
I can only recommend! Professional level.
From the first contact to the survey and advice to the sale at every step up to the key handover. It was not a problem in which we would not have received professional help immediately. The paperwork was also absolutely excellent, without any problems and adapted to the situation (Coronavirus, foreign salesman) with maximum flexibility, as much as possible online.
Negative: I didn't find one
