And didnt give me any invoice cause they didnt want me to take my deposit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ be careful. don't trust this agency.
i rented the flat for one year. after that, the landlord charged me 300000 forint for damage which is not so severe & doesn't cost that much. i asked the agency which helped for finding the flat but they said they can't help or don't want to help me.
and i was also charged 50000 forint for cleaning which is really higher than usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have rented the 2 flats through the agency & both of them were bad experience. they tried to charge more utility than actual use & entered in the flat without previous notification to me. they think only about money. they sold the flat during the contract & i had to leave earlier than end of the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent them an email telling them that I wanted a flat within a budget and I'll be moving in next year. The dude on the other end was kind enough to tell me when flats are available and well, yeah. I still have yet to move in to Debrecen and get an apartment so the full review is yet to come. Other than that, the communication experience was smooth. So yeah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thieves. They made me to buy an super expensive tv and they didn’t give the TV to me at last and took it from me although it was mine and i was paid for it . And also these thieves charged me 400.000 FT just for painting a single wall in a flat .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst real state companies in Debrecen, I really wouldn’t recommend any international student to rent with them as they only care about Hungarians and no one else, they are extremely racist and they are big scammers.
