★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I bought a jacket, tried it on later at home, and it was uncomfortably small on the shoulders. I took it back the day after. No label was cut off, it was not worn at all. The salesperson in the store was sarcastically laughing at me starting by saying that no law obligetes them to refund. I wanted to speak with the mamager. She declined, saying that next time he would be available next week. They didn't care about me, as a client, at all. I got voucher but there is no other similar jacket to purchase with it. This customer service was shameful.
