Grünhut Fülöp lakása az emeleten volt, a földszinten és az udvari részen az iroda és a raktárak kaptak helyet.
Jellegzetessége az erkély fölötti gótikus stílust idéző homlokzati elem, melyet mérműves rózsaablak díszít és homokkőből készült oroszlánfigurák vigyázzák.
Később a ház Grünhut Alfréd tulajdona lett, aki tehetős gabonakereskedő, bankár és műgyűjtő volt
Jelentős numizmatikai és metszetgyűjteményét ma a Thúry György Múzeum őrzi.
 The building is a single-storey house with an L flat plan, built in the 1860s.
Philip's apartment in Grünhut was upstairs, and the office and warehouses were located on the ground floor and in the courtyard.
It is characterized by a façade element reminiscent of the Gothic style above the balcony, decorated with a gauge rose window and guarded by sandstone lion figures.
The house was later owned by Alfred Grünhut, a wealthy grain merchant, banker and art collector.
Today, its significant collection of numismatics and engravings is housed in the György Thúry Museum.
