A 19. század végén épített szerelőcsarnok, a volt Felvonógyár és egy modern 21. századi iradaház összeépítése soŕán nyert remek irodakomplexum. Példaértékű, hogy itt törekedtek az eredeti épület megtartására és nem annak végleges elpusztítására. A többi már a szokásos...irodák és étterem, kávézó.
 One of Budapest's great architectural investments. Built at the end of the 19th century, it was a superb office complex, won by the construction of the former Elevator Factory and a modern 21st century office building. It is exemplary that here the aim was to preserve the original building and not to permanently destroy it. The rest are standard ... offices and restaurants, cafes.
